Khalsa College Amritsar has achieved a new milestone in the academic sphere by planning to start UGC sponsored coaching classes for NET/SLET and civil services for the  students.

          In this connection, Principal Dr. Daljit Singh announced that these classes are being started to provide valuable  guidance to backward classes, schedule castes and tribes and minorities. He expressed the hope that the students of the College will avail this tremendous opportunity by joining these classes and add to the prestige of the College by their glorious success. He thanked the UGC for this initiative and special grant and declared that it is a boon for the poor students of the border areas who study in this College.

            In this regard, the College extended its invitation to various publishers and they exhibited their books relating to NET, IAS, PCS etc. in the main library of the College.
