Continuing with the academic excellency, the premier Institute Khalsa College,  Amritsar has added another feather to its credit when Shelly Arora student of M.A. Ist Year Political Science achieved first position in the GNDU examination, 2011, scoring  304  marks.  Another student Kulwinder Kaur of the same course also won 10th position in the University Merit List.  Shelly Arora on her achievement said that the credit of her 1st position goes to her teachers who worked very hard with full dedication.  She also attributed  her success to the motivation given by  Dr. Daljit Singh, Principal of the College.  Dr. Baljinder Singh, Registrar of the College congratulated the students and Prof. Jaspreet Kaur, Head of the Department and other faculty members of the department and celebrated this success by sharing sweets with them.  Prof. Devender Singh, Prof. Ranjit Singh, Prof. Sukhjit Singh and Prof. Gurveil Singh Malhi were also present on the occasion.
